Cargill Operational Efficiency Project

The purpose of this project was to create a report that addresses the operational inefficiencies experienced at Cargill's East Savage Grain Elevator during peak harvest seasons, resulting in delays, dissatisfied stakeholders, and reduced profitability. The study evaluates the feasibility of implementing the Grain Elevator Efficiency Management System (GEMS), a cutting-edge solution to streamline processes and enhance operational performance.
